城乡交通运输是城乡协调发展的"先行官",推进城乡交通运输一体化、提升公共服务水平是加快城乡统筹协调、缩小区域发展差距、实现精准扶贫脱贫的迫切要求,是推进新型城镇化建设和实现全面建成小康社会的重要内容.本文分析城乡交通运输一体化发展存在的关键问题,确定城乡交通运输一体化的发展重点和任务.
