    TOD以公共交通为导向的开发模式是当前国际上具有代表性的城市社区开发模式,该模式是以公共交通沿线土地运营增值效益反哺基础设施建设和公共服务的一套造血平台.未来公共站点上盖物业将成为衡量物业价值的重要指标之一.长沙陈家湖公交站场综合开发项目,以15分钟生活圈为切入点,打造主题特色鲜明、营造标准领先、运营内容超前的美好生活城市综合体.
