Abstract：

结合城区零星棚户区改造原钢联周边安置房建设项目的具体情况，对其外墙施工中的技术要点进行了分析，研究了墙体结构、施工准备、施工工艺等，从质量和安全方面，探讨了相应的保障措施。结果显示，在合理应用施工技术，配合有效保障措施的情况下，安置房建设项目外墙施工的质量得到了有效保障。
