    本文结合上海市徐汇区虹梅街道xh221-01地块建设工程深基坑施工方案的编制审核优化实施过程，简要的介绍了上海地区软土地质的地铁沿线深基坑施工的风险和对策，对施工方案跟踪方案的实施进行同步跟踪，并对施工过程中存在的问题和实施效果进行了跟踪和总结分析。
