    Abstract：

    继电保护系统是构成电力系统的重要内容,它的二次回路在运行中容易受环境与人的因素影响,从而增加整个系统的故障率.而智能变电站的出现,由于通信网络代替了二次回路直接降低了二次回路的故障率.相关人员客观评价二次回路运行时,利用智能变电站传输、获取信息数据,及时找出故障,保证二次回路安全运行.
