    建筑能耗包括建筑建造和使用阶段的采暖、通风和空调等方面的能源消耗.建筑节能指的是居住环境和公共建筑的规划和设计等过程中,通过各种先进的节能技术以及可再生资源来降低建筑的能耗,从而最大程度山减少建筑物的能源消耗.建筑节能追求的低消耗和少排放等内容,是未来建筑发展的重要方向.
