    Abstract：

    建筑设计作为技术资源向建筑空间体系转化的桥梁,在前期、中期以及后期的设计过程中都得特别重视工程技术与建筑空间建构两者之间的关系.同时,建筑经济性作为建筑设计重点考虑的原则之一,要将建筑设计放到经济性等多种因素中去通盘考虑,使得建筑的合理投入与建造要达到建设标准,力求在建筑设计中做到以最小的资金投入去获得最大的经济效益.
