    随着工程造价市场的不断健全,各部门单位在履行建设工程造价管理的职责越来越清晰,作为政府投资预算评审的监管单位,财政部门在履行工程造价预算评审方面同样做出了相应的变化,在应对备案评审项目过程中可能会出现一些问题和情况,本文是基于备案评审项目工程造价的管理展开论述.
