    水利水电工程具备防洪、灌溉等多重功效,保证水利水电工程质量,对于人们的日常生活,地区经济发展有着积极意义.水闸是水利水电工程中水位调节的重要水工建筑物,一旦出现问题,水位调控将失效,抑制水利水电工程性能的发挥,带来一定的安全风险.为此,就需加强水闸施工技术的科学利用,保障工程的质量和安全.
