    随着经济建设的不断推进,各种水利工程建设施工也越来越多,为了减少成本的投入,确保施工的质量,应该全面推进水利工程的现代化和精细化管理工作.本文主要围绕水利工程管理现代化与信息化建设展开分析和论述,首先介绍水利工程管理现代化和管理精细化的概念,然后介绍水利工程管理现代化的有效举措,最后提出水利工程精细化建设的重要举措.
