    Abstract：

    斗轮堆取料机是现代工业中广泛使用的自动化设备.当前,它主要用于冶金和发电厂等散装物料的存储和检索操作.根据斗轮堆取料机的工作过程和主要工艺过程,进行了全方位的自动控制设计.该控制系统配备了功能齐全的监控系统,应急保护系统等功能.设计以PLC为控制核心,并配有参数预置人机界面及其他控制系统单元部件.经过实际的现场测试,系统自动化程度高,操作简单,符合要求.同时,显着提高了斗轮机的工作效率,为实现真正的自动控制奠定了基础.
