    伴随社会经济飞速发展,城市火灾发生越来越多,当发生火灾时,消防设施对于控制火灾起到至关重要的作用,全面做好建筑消防设施维护管理工作是社会单位有效预防及控制初期火灾的重要保障,但在建筑消防设施日常维护管理工作中,有些社会单位也出现了一些新问题和新情况.
