    Abstract：

    洗煤厂主要负责原煤的洗选加工工作,有效的提升煤质.基于其生产的特殊性,洗煤石生产设备较多,生产工艺相对复杂,生产运行过程中具有较强的连续性,这也对设备集中控制提出了更高的要求.为了能够强化对设备的有效控制,提高设备运行效率,洗煤厂运营过程中要重视PLC自动化控制系统的应用,在促进洗煤厂生产效率提升的同时,还能够推进洗煤厂自动化建设,确保其生产作业的安全.
