    建筑施工管理相对复杂,在施工过程中可以运用一些新的思路和方法.目前,建筑业现在使用的管理方法的效率正在逐渐下降,而精细化管理的优势逐渐显现.虽然精细化管理有许多优点,但实施起来并不简单.基于此,本研究分析了精细管理在施工管理应用中的难点,并提出了实施精细管理的有效策略.
