    跨流域调水工程在缓解用水紧张等方面发挥着积极作用,能够实现空间上的水资源合理分配,在缺水地区社会建设与经济发展等方面发挥着关键性的作用.目前我国跨流域调水工程项目的投资规模较大,运行成本普遍较高,工程项目运行管理存在一定问题,限制了我国跨流域调水工程项目的可持续发展.本文主要分析跨流域调水工程项目的运行管理.
