    Abstract：

    近些年海绵城市理论得到了广泛推广,大量海绵城市改造项目在不断建设中.在海绵城市建设过程中,透水混凝土是最为重要的内容之一,其具有透气、透水和重量轻的特点,将其应用在道路面层施工中能够建立起有效的雨水系统,从而满足海绵城市建设需要.本文主要以万龙湾内涝区海绵城市建设PPP项目为例分析海绵城市建设中透水混凝土面层施工技术方面的内容,希望能够对相关人士有所帮助.
