    Abstract：

    随着我国经济建设的快速发展,我国城市建设最近几年发展非常迅速,其基础设施建设越来越完善.近些年随着城市建设的飞速发展,市政工程施工规模、数量不断增加,这对市政工程施工提出了更新更高的要求,市政工程大多在城市中建设施工,施工范围广,战线长,不可控因素多,因此需要对施工中存在的不确定风险因素进行分析,通过加强管理措施,推进施工标准化建设,全面提升市政工程施工管理水平,为城市的现代化发展奠定良好的基础.
