    现阶段要想更快更好地完成对我国城市的建设,必须科学合理地规划和利用土地资源,同时协调城市规划与土地利用规划二者之间的关系.针对当前在规划中产生的问题,必须进行及时优化,提升规划的决策成效.因此,人们必须明确土地利用规划与城市规划之间的关联,然后将二者进行有机协调,以保证我国城市化的进程能够稳步推进.
