    Abstract：

    在工程建设中,工程预算发挥着很关键的作用,属于造价控制的一种有力手段.通过良好的预算,能够帮助建筑企业优化配置资源,减小工程成本.但预算下的造价控制却存在一定的问题,所以引起了建筑企业的广泛关注.为此,本文从建筑工程出发,分析了工程预算的作用,并针对预算下的造价控制现状,提出了有效的改善策略,仅供参考.
