    建筑工程的资金投入较高,在市场经济下,建筑企业的发展要提高资金使用效率,所以需要进行工程造价管理,针对建筑工程的质量施工需要做精细化的管理,合理化、标准化控制造价预算,以保证工程资金的高效使用,保障工程的施工建设进度.建筑工程造价能够管控资金规划,合理节约施工成本,避免施工材料浪费、忽视质量问题的情况发生,不仅能提升自身的经济效益,也能保证企业声誉.
