    EPC模式指的是国际工程市场的一种新型工程承包模式,随着建筑工程规模的增加以及高速发展,这一承包模式得到了建筑工程项目施工阶段的广泛应用.EPC模式对于提高项目管理能力以及企业竞争优势具有十分重要的作用.基于此,本文对EPC模式下建筑工程项目施工阶段质量控制措施展开分析.
