    Abstract：

    在现代化社会中,我国已经建成了多项世界级工程,尽管成绩斐然,但依然存在各种风险管理问题,包括但不限于项目管理方法落后、管理人员的风险意识不强等.现阶段,我国高速公路工程建设处于高速发展期,而PPP融资模式则随之成为该领域主要的投融资方式.就此,本文立足于PPP融资模式角度,深入分析高速公路的风险管理,为保障高速公路项目的安全建设提供借鉴意义.
