    塘坝数量多、分布广,但报废程序多不规范.本文以蓬莱市迟家二道库塘坝为例,参照《水库降等与报废标准》(SL605-2013)对塘坝报废进行论证,给其他塘坝报废提供一定的借鉴和参考.
