    Abstract：

    在水利工程的管理工作中水土保持是一项重点规划,在水利工程的实际建设中,应该选取具有全面性且长远性的保护措施以及方法来实施水土保持的施工,对水土保持进行预防和监督的管理工作,进而对水土流失可以达到综合治理的效果.本文分析了目前我国水利工程中水土保持工作的现状,以及治理思路,同时提出了有效的治理手段.
