Abstract：
以H水电站为例,从补偿资金方面分析土地作价入股与逐年补偿方式的优劣,并对其进行风险评估.得出作价入股安置方式虽于补偿金额方面拥有优势,但因其具有较高的实施风险,并不适宜广泛推广的结论.
