    Abstract：

    目前,随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程也在加快发展.房屋和建筑物的数量不断增加,吸引了各行各业的人士.在房屋建造中应用许多技术,不仅包括混凝土结构技术、钢筋铺设技术,还包括防渗施工技术与给排水技术.其中住宅施工中的防渗施工技术是必要的.因为该技术能有效地解决建筑雨水渗漏问题,对保障房建设的整体质量有着显著的保障作用.
