    随着我国经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,建筑工程行业也随之快速发展,而建筑工程造价工作进行的好坏直接影响着工程能否正常开展.工程合约管理属于工程造价管理过程中的核心与关键.本文从工程合约管理各个阶段存在的问题对工程造价管理的影响及重要意义进行阐述,并提出了相关策略,以供参考.
