    以信息技术为代表的科技手段推动着社会的进步,改变与影响着人们的衣食住行.在建筑领域传统建筑中设计变革带来的协同问题,管理变革带来的工程投资额大、造型独特、项目复杂管理难度大等问题,劳动生产率下降、产值利润低的问题约束着整个行业的发展,与此同时,BIM技术也在近十年逐步发展,正在颠覆和改变着整个建筑行业.本文对BIM技术的建筑工程应用与未来发展趋势进行探讨.
