    在我国新城建设蓬勃发展的进程中,仍存在大量空间和景观失序、生活不便等各类旧城.针对这样的旧城,政府部门该如何进行更新改造就成为城市发展建设的重要研究课题;本文基于城市发展资本视角,以南昌市红谷滩中心区D-4、D-6地块为例,对旧城的更新改造进行反思,探讨其更新改造的对策.
