    要想保证城市轨道工程能够不断运行以及取得良好的发展,就要对其工程造价进行一定的控制,并在此基础上通过合理方法的不断应用,并以工程量清单计价的模式作为基础,从而使工程造价在工程建设的全过程中形成合理的控制,充分带动了城市轨道工程造价的管理工作,并在一定程度上为造价管理工作的发展和稳定运行提供足够的准备和保障,以下就成都地铁17号线工程展开论述.
