    本文结合笔者在城市地下综合管廊PPP项目实践管理过程中发现难点展开分析,内容包括建设规模、总投资增加、入廊费无法保证、收费体系不完善、部门协调难度较高、政府运营风险增加等,通过实际管理中采取的一些措施,化解了以上难点.
