    本文针对欠发达山区农村饮用水管理制度存在的问题展开分析,内容包括有偿用水意识较差、增收渠道相对单一、管理制度有效性低等,通过研究做好竞标投资工作、拟定长期承包计划、水价的合理制定、政府加强扶持力度等改革要点,其目的在于加快管理制度的推行速度,提高山区居民的生活质量.
