    自然保护区建设应能获取可持续化、科学化的发展模式,探索营林发展机制,能以可靠的经济效益表现,提升自然保护区的发展动力,而自然保护区也为营林发展提供必要稳定环境和空间资源.在结合发展过程中,具备较高的优势表现.因此应能在发展过程中,积极探索科学化的发展措施,探索更加科学、规范的发展机制,真正发挥出保护区与营林结合发展的巨大优势.
