    Abstract：

    随着时代的变迁,我国的经济发展雄然崛起.随之而来的中国建筑行业也成为中国经济发展的重要组成部分,是国民经济重要的支柱之一.随着建筑行业迅速发展建筑节能技术在建筑施工过程中也占据了重要的地位.在2012年的时候,我国建筑行业能耗量已经达到了全国的能耗量的30％以上,建筑能耗量几乎占据我国能耗量的一半,目前来讲我国占据世界第三大能源生产国以及第二大能源消耗国两个称号.
