    项目预算管理是保证建设单位经济效益和财政收入的关键工作.但是,根据预算的基本特征,施工的动态性和周期性,建设单位的项目预算管理多种多样,增加了管理难度,提高了预算管理风险,从而影响施工质量和施工效率.本文就如何全面改进工程预算管理,保证建设单位的施工质量和经济效益提出了一些建议,并介绍了建设单位施工预算管理中存在的问题.
