    近几年来,随着我国经济水平的不断提高,建筑行业也随之迅猛发展,企业要想在行业竞争中脱颖而出,体现出企业的核心竞争力,就必须有一套行之有效的科学管理方法,建筑工程是一项十分复杂而艰巨的工作,施工工艺工法也多种多样,要不断引入现代化管理方法,才能使企业的发展之路越走越宽,才能不断拓展业务范围,实行为企业的增值服务.
