Abstract：
在如今这个新时代之下,城市轨道交通规模逐渐地扩大,装配式技术、信息技术等新兴技术逐渐地应用到城市轨道交通的建设中,地铁智慧建造逐渐地成为人们关注的热点.在BIM技术发展的基础上,推动了装配式建筑的发展,然而从实际应用情况来看,BIM技术在装配式建筑中应用的范围有限,尤其是装配式建筑向智慧化发展还有一段距离.所以,在现阶段研究基于BIM与装配式技术的地铁智慧建造具有极强的现实意义.
