    Abstract：

    传统建筑行业能源消耗大,对环境污染严重,与现代社会发展要求是背道而驰的.本文以舒城·杭埠镇产业新城HB-02局部地块项目为例进行了绿色建筑的探究.先简单阐述了绿色建筑与绿色施工现状,然后在此基础上重点探究了绿色建筑与绿色施工展望,如绿色环保意识的增强、绿色施工法规、制度体系的调整和完善、技术方法的创新、环境污染的管理与控制等,以期推动绿色建筑和绿色施工发展,提高资源利用率,改善环境质量,为关注此类话题的人们提供参考.
