    为提升老城区城市设计水平,提出将精细化管理理念渗透至城市规划各个环节中,对现代城市设计规划工作科学发展过程有很大促进作用.文章首先阐述当下城市精细化管理阶段存在的主要问题,其次探讨了精细化管理理念下城市设计思路,最后以提升管理效能为目标,探讨老城区城市设计导则,以供同行参考借鉴.
