    污染已危及人类生存环境,生态城市将成为现代城市建设的必然选择.因此,我国城市规划与建设应基于生态理念进行建设,构建城市与自然共存的城市环境,减少人类对自然环境的影响,降低城市建设中的资源消耗,控制城市建设中的污染物排放.
