    建筑行业在逐渐崛起,人们开始高度重视房屋建筑的安全性和使用性,房屋建筑的安全对后续的生活和工作等方面都具有重要的意义,房屋建筑在施工中、竣工后、使用中乃至到达设计使用年限停用后都会伴随着房屋的检测鉴定,其中结构检测鉴定对生命的及财产的保护具有关键性作用.本文将对房屋安全性鉴定过程中存在的弊端进行详细分析,并对房屋安全性鉴定中结构检测的重要作用进行深入探索,促进房屋建筑整体质量和安全的同步提升,为人们提供更加舒适的居住环境.
