某型号弹簧进行疲劳试验时在支撑圈端面出现弧形裂纹,疲劳加载次数约200万次,经查因弹簧钢存在组织偏析和淬火工艺没有有效监控导致弹簧在淬火过程中出现淬火裂纹,裂纹在疲劳试验过程中受载荷作用进一步扩大形成肉眼可见裂纹.据此分析,提供改进意见,对弹簧热处理、弹簧钢验收标准规范等提供参考.
