    Abstract：

    近些年来,建筑业作为我国经济发展的支柱型产业发展势头十分迅猛,尤其是房屋建筑工程不仅数量越来越多,在质量上也有明显的提升.不管是建筑团队还是业主,都对房屋的质量有着越来越高的要求.本文会阐述在房屋建筑工程施工中加强质量管理和质控的重要性,然后对在房屋建筑管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,最后具体分析如何对房屋建筑工程施工中的管理和质控进行完善.
