    Abstract：

    宁夏吴忠市红寺堡区属国家贫困地区,打赢脱贫攻坚战,实现"两不愁、三保障"农村饮水安全是关键.通过对红寺堡区农村饮水工程运行管理现状调查,结合多年的供水工程建设管理经验,分析了红寺堡区农村饮水建设管理方面存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策及建议,以期农村饮水工程持续发挥效益,将农村饮水工程建成民生工程、民心工程.
