济南城市空间防灾规划是一项系统工程,发现当前地面及地下防灾规划中存在的问题,减少潜在的灾害因子,建设防御性防灾体系为动态预防型体系,针对城市发展变化进行深层次的改进和调整.构建先进理念的城市地下空间防灾规划及引导措施,才能更加促进未来城市可持续发展.
