Abstract：
内蒙地区是一个生态环境敏感脆弱的地区,是我国重要的生态屏障.环境的瓶颈在蒙东沿边城镇的开发建设中正变得越来越突出,甚至成为经济落后、社会贫困的根源.本文通过阿木古郎镇的总体规划反思如何兼顾生态屏障的建设及城镇经济的可持续的发展.
