    Abstract：

    城镇化对经济发展的影响非常显著.当前,随着我国城镇化进程的加快和外部环境的日益复杂,我国城镇化面临前所未有的挑战.县城是城镇化建设的重要组成部分,具有刺激消费和扩大内需、推进城乡融合发展、带动产业结构调整等积极作用.然而县城及县级市城区还存在着城镇化发展进程缓慢、区域经济发展不平衡、产业发展水平低等问题.为此,文章从多角度进行分析,提出了相应的补充措施,助推经济的发展.
