Abstract：
随着城市化进程的不断深入,许多城市内涝灾害频发,严重影响了人们的生产力和生活质量.其主要原因是由于城市发展和建设造成地面淤滞及雨水蓄能能力下降.排涝管道、渠道等防涝设施的泄洪能力不足;相关人员对排涝管道的管理、维护不良造成.如果城市建设者在城市雨水排水系统建设中,更多的使用自然力量排水,设置自然储备、渗漏排水设施,将更有效的利用雨水,能够减少城市洪水现象的发生,从而极大地提高人们的生活质量,促进城市化的发展.
