    Abstract：

    随着城市进程的推进,高速铁路以及站区的建设需求进一步增大,城市对于站区的需求,也日益的迫切.而TOD模式作为协调城市交通与土地资源利用的有效措施,是一种较为有效的高铁站区建设模式指引方向.所以本文简要分析TOD的概述,并且针对传统高铁站规划设计的局限性,提出TOD模式下高铁站区建设的意义,并且有针对性的对于现阶段高铁站区的规划建设提出参考.
