    Abstract：

    随着城市建设水平的不断提高,各类工程建设的总量在不断增长.而建筑施工单位的施工技术资料作为各类工程建设的准确记录,会对工程竣工、验收等工作产生影响.但是,建筑施工单位在整理、收集施工技术资料的时候经常存在一系列问题,严重制约了工程竣工、验收工作.论文阐述了建筑施工单位施工技术资料存在的意义,给出几条提升工程施工技术资料整理工作成效的简单措施.
